That depends entirely on your needs as an organization. Profiles can be set up and managed by staff or by you as the employer. It’s your choice but program administrators will always have access to edit and manage staff accounts.
Fees are based on the number of staff using the system. This ensures you have cost certainty each month, with no surprises because of changes in system usage.
